Legal Clinics Holiday Schedule

The Southwest Detroit Immigrant and Refugee Center is taking two weeks off for the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Tuesday, December 24 – Pontiac Clinic Closed
Wednesday, December 25 – Southwest Clinic Closed
Thursday, December 26 – Eastside Clinic Closed

Tuesday, December 31 – Pontiac Clinic Closed
Wednesday, January 1 – Southwest Clinic Closed
Thursday, January 2 – Eastside Clinic Closed

Our normal schedule resumes on January 7.

We are proud to be in the clinics almost every week of the year. Generally, a clinic is only closed if it falls directly on a major holiday.

The Southwest Detroit Immigrant and Refugee Center provides free and low-cost legal services to those who need them most in the Detroit area, with a focus on recent immigrants and refugees.

We were founded in 2014 by Kevin Piecuch, our Executive Director and principal attorney, to help meet the great need for quality legal services in underserved communities. We believe that everyone deserves justice regardless of your country of origin, the color of your skin, or your ability to afford an attorney.
